Sunbolts DC Branch Fuse Holder consists of an overmolded, hermetically-sealed branch connection with a Sunbolts fuse-connector terminating each of PV cable ends. With strong over current protection this RoHS compliant and UL recognized connector simplifies in-field module installations and maintenance with the easily replaceable fuse. Our low-resistant, IP67 branch cables take the hassle out of stripping and crimping to make branch connections, reducing your labor cost and improving your workmanship.
Solutions for high voltage and current needs
The Ultra High Current (UHC), F, M, and T type connectors have the highest current rating among connectors used in PV DC application. Supporting the cable range up to 16 sq-mm for TUV and 6 AWG for UL. With higher voltage, higher current, and wider cable range, the TUV 1500V/ UL 1000V series provide an optimal solution for customers to achieve "Balance of System."
Sunbolts has a complete series of junction boxes for both crystalline and thin-film modules. All Sunbolts junction boxes are designed to fit the module production process, reducing labor and material cost.
